Create custom 3D printed labels for your toolbox, bins, shelves, and more. Use the designer below to create a matching pair of labels — type your text, pick your colors, and see a live 3D preview before you order.
How It Works
1. Choose Your Label
Select Ridgid Gen 1, Gen 2, or Standard Label. Gen 1 and Gen 2 are shaped for Ridgid Pro Series organizers. Standard is a universal rectangle for any use.
2. Pick a Print Mode
- Cut-Through — Text is cut out of the label for a clean stencil look. Uses a single color and prints as one piece.
- Layered — Text sits on top of the label in a second color. Choose raised or flush text styles and pick from 10 fonts.
3. Type Your Labels
Enter text for two labels at once (e.g. SOCKETS, DRILL BITS). Text auto-sizes to fit.
4. Choose Your Colors
Pick from 8 filament colors for the label base — and a second color for text in Layered mode.
5. Order or Download
- Add to Cart — We 3D print and ship your labels. Gen 2 labels are $4.99/pair. Gen 1 and Standard labels are $5.49/pair.
- Download STLs — Get the print files free and print them yourself. Just enter your email and we’ll send a download link.
- Export PNG — Save a preview image of your design.
Frequently Asked Questions
What material are the labels printed in?
Labels are 3D printed in PLA filament — durable, lightweight, and available in multiple colors.
Do the labels fit my box?
Ridgid labels are designed from exact CAD dimensions. Gen 1 labels are 150mm × 30mm. Gen 2 labels are 122mm × 18mm. Both have tabbed mounting ends and screw holes that fit Ridgid Pro Series organizers. Standard labels are 152mm × 22mm rectangles — a universal fit for any surface.
Can I print these myself?
Yes! Use the “Download STLs” button to get the files. Any FDM 3D printer can handle them.
How are they attached?
Gen 1 and Gen 2 labels have screw holes that align with the factory mounting points on Ridgid boxes. Standard labels also have screw holes for versatile mounting.
What’s the difference between Cut-Through and Layered?
Cut-Through cuts the letters out of the label — it prints as one piece in one color and uses stencil-safe fonts so letters like O and A stay intact. Layered prints the base and text separately in two colors, giving you more font choices and a two-tone look.
